Leanne brings a wealth of experience to Allura Partners that blends technical hands-on industry specific experience with a proven career spanning over a decade within insurance recruitment.
After a successful career in insurance, culminating in 2004 at AXA Australia as the Group Insurance Team Leader, Leanne pursued a career in recruitment and joined a Sydney based boutique recruitment firm. She was tasked with establishing the life insurance service offering across claims and underwriting assessment, sales, service and operations. Over the succeeding eight years, Leanne built an enviable reputation as one of Sydney’s leading life insurance recruitment specialists.
In 2012, Leanne launched her own firm servicing the broader insurance industry. In addition to life insurance, Leanne delivered solutions across reinsurance, underwriting, sales and marketing and general insurance.
After five years of successfully running and managing her own business, Leanne joins Allura Partners to launch and grow our insurance service offering. Leanne is the preferred recruiter for many of the top tier insurance companies across Sydney and brings these long-standing relationships to the firm. This combined with her network, track record and reputation will be an asset to Allura Partners and will ensure her on-going success.
