It gives us great pleasure to announce the promotion of Jessica Livermore to Principal Consultant!
Jess joined Allura Partners in January 2020 to work alongside Florence and further build out our successful Change Management practice within our Transformation division.
Having joined us in 2020, it is fair to say that Jess encountered some market challenges in year one. However, Jess’s resilience, persistence and positivity have been instrumental in the success of the Change Management practice and helped us see continued growth across the wider Transformation division. In addition, Jess has personally built her contractor book to a record high!
Jess adds significant value in many other ways across the business, such as leading our wellness committee to keep us all mentally and physically fit – something that has never been more important throughout 2020 and 2021.
