We are delighted to announce the appointment of Lucy Starbuck as our inaugural Head of Finance here at Allura Partners!
Having worked with Lucy on her own career and team over the last 9 years she is well known to the team here at Allura Partners as a high calibre finance professional, leader and person.
Having had a highly successful career to date within the corporate environment with Tier 1 global brands such as PWC and PepsiCo, Lucy left to pursue her passions such as teaching female entrepreneurs the ways of finance in her business Finance by Lucy and giving back via the wonderful purpose driven organisation, Waves of Wellness.
It was clear that Lucy’s values aligned with the businesses and her passion for helping businesses improve and develop best practices were a key factor for us.
Lucy has been well known to the Allura Partners team throughout her career with our Managing Director, Andrew placing her twice (3 times if you count offering her a job!) So, he knows first-hand from working with Lucy and from her leaders, peers and team members throughout her career that she has a high integrity approach and is extremely capable.
Lucy will be joining the senior leadership team in the business and have a focus on business improvement and development of the finance capability and team.
