Having recently added Insurance to our established Private Equity executive search and Accounting & Finance practices, Allura Partners is delighted to welcome two further members to our growing team; Tom Hattersley and Melanie Hui.
Tom Hattersley – Senior Consultant
Tom joins the firm from a top tier global recruitment business and boasts a track record that includes delivering accounting and finance recruitment solutions for several top 10 ASX listed companies. Tom studied at Shore School in Sydney and completed his Bachelor of Business at Charles Stuart University. Prior to his recruitment career, Tom worked in financial services as a broker.
Tom joins as a Senior Consultant in the Accounting and Finance team working across Commerce & Industry and Private Equity. He will draw on his years of experience and knowledge to deliver value adding services to our growing portfolio of clients and candidates.
Melanie Hui – Research & Operations Manager
Melanie boasts a career in recruitment that spans over a decade servicing both the London and Sydney markets. After successfully progressing to management, Melanie transitioned to operations for a privately owned Australian recruitment company. Prior to her recruitment career, Melanie worked for Westpac in Sydney and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Melanie joins Allura Partners as the Research and Operations Manager. Melanie will support the executive search practice responsible for delivering critical research across a breadth of industries, disciplines and locations to identify hard to find suitable talent aligned to our clients brief. In addition, Melanie will deliver business wide operational support to our growing firm.
