We are excited to announce the promotion of Kurt Dillon to Senior Recruitment Consultant, within our Technology division.

Kurt joined the team at Allura as a Consultant in mid 2022 and initially focused on Software Development across Microsoft & .NET stack. Since then, Kurt has specialised in all forms of QA & Testing, assisting professionals to get the job they want, and ultimately, build the team they need.

Before transitioning into his career in recruitment, Kurt was a professional athlete, with an elite-level, sporting mindset. He has applied this experience to all opportunities moving forward, providing the best results possible for both his candidates and clients.

Kurt has had great success, and we are excited to see what great things he can do with Allura.

Congratulations Kurt!
