Navigating Success: Allura Partners Strategy Day

Late last week the whole team at Allura Partners came together to take part in our strategy day. This was facilitated by Stephen O’Sullivan from Growth Workshop, hosted in our office collaboration space, nestled in the Barangaroo Towers. The day was a collective commitment to growth, both individually and as a cohesive business.

During our strategy day, we reflected on where the business has been, showcasing our achievements and learning from our experiences. This retrospective allowed us to celebrate our successes and showcase the years of work that have shaped us as a business. However, our focus remained on the future. We are excited to continue the growth of Allura Partners, with this, we worked on the business goals over the coming year, and the collaboration needed to achieve this.

At the heart of our strategy day, we had a focus on personal development. Each team member worked on their personal goals and then shared these goals to create a collaborative plan to help each other achieve success.

We also focused on the evolution of the ‘Allura Way’, words of success that the whole team aligns with. Through a collective effort, we fine-tuned the words, aligning them to the behaviors we believe success will come from.

Our strategy day was a dynamic exchange of ideas, a platform for open dialogue, and a celebration of Allura. As we delved into discussions about our goals and the ‘Allura Way,’ insights emerged, to help us create a understanding of what drives our success.

We want to share a big thank you to Stephen from Growth Workshop for facilitating this workshop for Allura, we are excited to implement our learnings and see success together as a business.
