Allura Partners appoints new CEO Australia for the Junior Adventures Group

With a long-standing relationship with both Quadrant Private Equity (QPE) and Junior Adventures Group (JAG), Allura Partners was engaged to conduct an executive search to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and grow JAG across its Australian business.

We possess a track record of delivering executive searches for private equity backed investments across the broad, distributed care sectors in Australia, including the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) sector. As such, we were able to utilise our network as part of this search.

Amongst other strong contenders within our network, we engaged Melinda Crole, a long-standing executive from YMCA Australia.  Melinda was a clear stand out, boasting all the required skills, experience and attributes to take ownership, lead and grow the JAG Australian business. This, combined with her true passion for the OSHC sector, has no doubt contributed to the great work Melinda is doing with JAG and QPE.

Melinda joins JAG with 25 years experience executive experience in national and global community-focused service provision. To learn more about Melinda, click here to read the JAG Meet Our Team interview.

Congratulations Melinda on your recent appointment!
