We are pleased and excited to announce the promotion of Oliver Wilson to Director at Allura Partners. Oliver has worked with our Managing Director Andrew for 10 years, and has quickly progressed within the industry with his relentless drive and passion.
Oliver joined Allura Partners shortly after inception, and has been an instrumental part of the company’s growth, specifically within the contract and interim business. Having navigated a tricky interim market through the middle of 2020, Oliver and his team outperformed expectation and have achieved growth in all ways since.
Oliver now runs the largest division at Allura Partners and is a specialist in senior Business and IT Transformation recruitment across Private Equity, Financial Services and Commerce and Industry sector.
His hard work, dedication, and steely determination to achieve the right fit for his clients and candidates has led him to build incredible relationships.
Approachable, focused, and values driven, Oliver is a great leader to an incredible team and a big contributor to the overall business.
Oliver is just getting started, and we are sure he will continue to make his mark within the recruitment industry and at Allura Partners.
